CCSocalGamer, or Calvin Montgomery, was the LittleBigPlanet Union's Minister of Foreign Affairs throughout the majority of the Reconstruction Era, 2014-2016, as well as the Vice President of the New California Republic during this time. He often assisted the president and the Protectors in critical Union affairs and is the longest serving Protector in a single position. Calvin was widely recognized by the organized community as a feline connoisseur.
Early History[]
There is virtually no record of Calvin's LBP career before his membership with the New California Republic and subsequently the LBPU. In his younger days he spent a very brief period of time with the Red Skull Republic before vanishing altogether, eventually resurfacing in 2014. He began as a Military Police Officer in the NCR military in 2013, quickly rising through the ranks until he eventually became the NCR VP during the Gilles Administration (Lgmpm) and NCR ambassador to the Union.[1]
Union Activity[]
Shortly after Lgmpm became VP of the LBPU in 2014, Calvin volunteered for the role of Foreign Minister and would serve this position until the decentralization of the Union Protectors in 2016. Calvin's main duty, as he called it, was finding clans to join the Union, and takes the blunder of the Evurikal Legion's infiltration, Operation Exclave, into the Union as Ultimate Wizard Clan on his shoulders. Despite being a gruff individual, Calvin was respected by large swathes of the Union, some even calling for a Montgomery Administration. Calvin was considered infamous outside the Union, with more than one occasion of groups attempting to convert him. During the height of his tenure there was an attempt on Calvin through a ban, however he recovered and would serve the Union until the government's decentralization. Calvin would also go on to create the Union Space Corps, a more aesthetic and lore-friendly concept then an actual clan, modeled highly off of the Halo series' United Nations Space Command.[1]
Legacy[]
Calvin's role as foreign minister helped guide Union foreign policy during the entirety of the Re-foundation Era and his views and takes on real life political issues are still sought after today.[1]
